Leading insurance broker gives local rugby club a try

Leading motor insurance broker, InsureYourMotor.com have given local Croydon rugby club, the Whitgiftians a welcome boost to the season with a new sponsorship deal. Managing Director of InsureYourMotor.com, David Harlow who has played for the club since the early nineties, wanted to give something back to the Whitgiftians who have been established since the late 1800s. As a successful businessman and rugby enthusiast, David saw a way to enhance the potential of his already successful team at grassroots. InsureYourMotor.com, based in Ashford, Middlesex are now in their third year of business and are on target to reach an astounding turnover of £25million this year. David Harlow comments “ Having had so many good time at the club, I wanted to give something back. The lads are doing really well this season and are a good bunch so I wanted to make a contribution that would benefit everyone.” The new kit will be a radical change of appearance for the Whitgiftians who will shed their usual stripes and play in checked shirts for the first time ever. The first game with the newly clad team will be a home game at Croham Road, Croydon on Saturday 25th January, after which there will be a special burns night party at the rugby club to celebrate the sponsorship of the new kit.
