Name & Shame Uninsured Drivers?

Recent government statistics show that insured drivers pay around £50 extra on their comprehensive policies to pay for those who drive without insurance. The report suggested that over 5% of drivers are uninsured. It can be frustrating that people pay more for their insurance to cover themselves from others whom do not have insurance, but this coverage is very important to have.  Nobody wants to find themselves with a damaged vehicle and then discover that the damage is not covered.
