Endorsement Codes & Penalty Points (Endorsements)

The following guide to endorsements clarifies the type and meaning of motoring offences, along with the penalty points that apply to each offence.

You will be asked to declare any unspent convictions or endorsements on your driving licence when you apply for car insurance. If you don’t, it could invalidate your insurance policy.
