Change payment date – Use the Close Premium Finance client portal to change your payment date by seven days either side of your current payment date. Beyond seven days? Please call Close Premium Finance on 0333 3218566
Missing documents? – if you have recently bought or renewed a policy with us and are awaiting documents, please check your junk folder before calling customer services to have them re-sent.

Please ensure that you include your customer reference number on all communications.
